Welcome to my blog. I'm a 20 year old cyclist racing for an elite Belgium women's international cycling team called Isorex No-Aqua.
I am currently supported by the Rayner Foundation and am incredibly proud to be part of the Rayner Foundation Family.

I have been coached by Nick Yarworth and Nicola Juniper since Autumn 2019. They have played a big part in my fitness progress. I am really enjoying working with both of them and am looking forward to what the season holds.

I am currently working with Athlete Nutrition coach to work towards achieving my full potential with my nutrition. I was lucky enough to win a free programme with ANC at the end of last year, and am now working 1-1 with Ellen McDermott to fine tune my nutrition.

There are 3 Cycling Clubs I wish to Thank. I have always been a 2nd claim member of The Bishop's Stortford CC. My Granddad, Aunt and Dad have ridden and raced for them over many years. I am incredibly grateful for the support and encouragement they have always given me.
As a youth rider I was a member of the Lee Valley Youth CC. This is where I learnt bunch skills, race techniques and gained lots of racing experience. It was with LVYCC that I found my love of track racing and made many lifelong friends and happy memories.
As a 1st Year Junior I joined P51 Racing Team, they introduced me to racing and life in Belgium, which I fell in love with.
